Fenugreek is a common ingredient used in many Indian dishes and is often taken as a supplement. This herb has long been used in alternative medicine. It comes with light green leaves and small white flowers. The fenugreek plant grows up to two to three feet tall and seed pot contains about 10 to 20 aromatic seeds.

Though fenugreek seeds come with lot of health and nutritional benefits for lung cancer patients but there is no good scientific evidence to support it. A lot research and studies need to be conducted on the effect of Indian spices to come at some conclusive results.
