Fenugreek is a common ingredient used in many Indian dishes and is often taken as a supplement. This herb has long been used in alternative medicine. Though fenugreek seeds come with lot of health and nutritional benefits for lung cancer patients but there is no good scientific evidence to support it. A lot research and studies need to be conducted on the effect of Indian spices to come at some conclusive results.
