The study is called DeLLphi-305 and is sponsored by Amgen, with partial funding and Imfinzi provided by AstraZeneca. The trial has enrolled patients whose disease has not progressed after initial treatment with durvalumab. The patients received the combination of IMDELLTRA and durvalumab or durvalumab alone as a first-line treatment. IMDELLTRA is a bispecific T-cell engager therapy. It has previously been approved for adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer patients whose disease progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy.
