These treatments are carried on with medical advice from the experienced medical specialists. Some of the other alternative lung cancer treatment techniques available provide relieve from pain and stress but do not completely cure the lancer. The various alternative treatment methods include acupuncture, biofeedback, mediation, spiritual healing, yoga, massage therapy, nutritional supplements and many more. Cancer survivors go for alternative treatments to minimize side effects and lung cancer symptoms.

The various signs of lung cancer include coughing, recurring respiratory infections, increasing shortness of breath, wheezing, hoarseness, pain and weakness in shoulder, arm or hand, difficulty swallowing amongst several others. If you may develop any symptoms that suggest lung disease, you should consult your doctor especially if you experience chronic cough, wheezing or recurrent lung infection. It is vital that your lungs should be thoroughly examined and have all tests performed.
